Randy Tobler

Dr. Randy Tobler is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist, celebrating 33 years practice. He has a passion for teaching…patients, peers, and the public. A native of St. Louis, he was trained at the prestigious Washington University School of Medicine. Additionally, he is a hospital CEO, professional broadcaster and speaker, and accomplished musician. His work has been recognized with teaching, research and broadcast awards.
A father of three and husband of 40 years, Dr. Tobler is grateful to his wife, Heliene, and children Sean, Shannon, and Samantha for sustaining him through the trials of a serious illness in 1997. Their support and love, coupled with a deep faith that abides through any turbulence, serve as a constant reminder of the importance of perspective and commitment in life’s journey.

Stephanie Bell

Stephanie Bell is a native of Jefferson City with extensive experience working in state and local government matters. After graduating from Truman State University, Stephanie went on to the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she earned a Juris Doctorate and a Master’s in Public Administration.
Besides being a radio host, Stephanie is also an attorney at Ellinger and Associates LLC. Over the course of her career, she has represented many clients before government agencies, including the Public Service Commission and the Administrative Hearing Commission. Additionally, she manages to run not just one, but two small businesses at the same time!
Stephanie takes an active role in conservative politics and causes. She has represented many conservative candidates as well as conservative groups with interests in ballot measures. Currently, she is the Missouri Chair for the Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA).
On the rare occasion when she isn’t busy, Stephanie loves to travel, eat, and volunteer for community events. Currently, she lives in Ashland with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Drew, Amelia, and Eden.
